Arch Bishop of the catholic Arch Diocese of Nairobi Philip Anyolo has  urged the Christians to join choirs from their respective parishes saying that choirs plays a very important role in the liturgy.

Arch Bishop said that choir is a very important and special instrument of evangelization within the Catholic Church and the whole spectrum of expression of faith.

He further encouraged the choir members to continue serving the Lord with gladness as the choir commemorate the feast day of saint Cecilia who is the patron saint of the choirs
